Wrap the measuring tape around the narrowest part of your waistline, ensuring it sits snugly but comfortably against your skin, without compressing or leaving too much slack.
Hip
Measure around the fullest part of your hips, ensuring the measuring tape wraps around the widest point of your hips, while maintaining a comfortable tension.
