SHIPPING POLICY

Once your order has been placed, we cannot cancel orders or make any changes to the following: items in your order, shipping address, payment method, or shipping method. Orders are immediately sent to our distribution center for fulfillment.

  • We are NOT responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the receiver. Please check your shipping address twice before placing your order. The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details and will be held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to us for inaccurate delivery information.
  • Aquari is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during transit/delivery. Please contact the carrier and file a claim.

PROCESSING TIME

Standard orders placed after 9:00 AM PST will not begin processing until the following business day. Please note: business days are Monday-Friday; we do not process orders on the weekends.


We offer free domestic standard USPS shipping on all orders over $100 placed within the U.S. Please allow 3-7 business days for processing before your order ships and 5-8 business days for delivery. All orders are shipped from our Oregon shipping facility and shipping times may vary. Economy shipping is $5.99 on orders under $100. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 3-7 business days for processing and 7-30 days for delivery. All orders ship from Oregon and shipping times can vary. Shipping rate is charged on all orders shipping outside the U.S.

Please Note: All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any extra fees, duties or taxes associated with your purchase. Customers will be responsible for these charges, even if the package is refused.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders. ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.
