Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return all unused, unworn products within 7 DAYS of receiving your order for a full refund (minus shipping) to the original payment method used at checkout.
Returns must be received at 582 Parsons Dr Medford, OR 97501 within 14 days of initial delivery to qualify for a refund.

Returns received after this 14-day period will only be eligible for store credit.

Please note, we cannot accept returns for products that have been worn, altered, or washed. All returned swimwear and clothing must be in new and unused condition, with security lock hangtags and swimwear hygiene liners intact. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.


International Orders

At this time, all international orders are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

 


Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order.

We may request photos for review, and upon assessment, will notify you of eligibility for a replacement.

Please note: any packages returned without prior approval will be refused.
