Frankly the 14 day return policy that requires the items to be returned to the warehouse by the 14th day is very strict. No matter what, 14 days for returns are strict. But at least give your customers a honest 14 days to make up their minds. Do not force them to factor in the time it might take for USPS/Fedex/Ups to ship back the items. In my instance I received my bikini set but I had to exchange the bottoms for a smaller size, but only to receive the wrong item. Once I knew this, I immediately reached out and tried to get my correct item. All in the meantime trying to work within the strict 14 days. After much going back and forth I am stuck with a random top (since it’s past the 14 days to reach the warehouse) or get store credit for a company that might not be able to make bottom cuts for women with curves. I really wish the company would recognize they made a mistake and give some grace to their consumers. If they didn’t make the mistake I would have been able to make a decision on whether or not I would keep the item or get a refund. Now my only option is store credit which was never my intention, but it might have been the company’s all along. For me this doesn’t build confidence to return to them nor recommend them as a first time purchaser.
