Return Policy

We hope you love your Aquari pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we accept returns on unused, unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping) to your original form of payment.

All returns must be received within 14 days of delivery at:

Medford, OR 97501

Returns received after this window will be eligible for store credit only.

Items must be returned in original condition—unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, including security lock hangtags and hygiene liners. Returns that do not meet these requirements cannot be accepted.

International Orders

All international orders are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please reach out to us at hello@theaquari.com with photos so we can review it and make it right. Once reviewed, we’ll confirm the next steps for a replacement.

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will be refused.

Processing & Timing

Please allow 5–7 business days for returns to be processed once received. Refunds may take 1–3 business days to appear on your statement after processing.

Final Sale

All items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return, exchange, or price adjustment. Discount codes are not valid on sale items unless otherwise specified.
